The Grey Stable's Chris ...

Vernon Downs In-House Handicapper for 2004

Co-founder of The GREY STABLE. Chris is Anthony's son who was introduced to Harness Racing at a relatively young age. From then on he has carried a great enthusiasm for the sport. He, graduated in May 2004 from Monmouth University in New Jersey, with a BA in Marketing and Business Management along with being an honorary member of their conference leading Cross Country and Track teams. Chris also manages Grey Stable duties and is the site Webmaster, back home in Syracuse, NY where he is operations manager for SY West Medical Technoligies. He was spotted at both the Meadowlands and Monmouth Park racetracks last in 2003, interning in Marketing and Media Relations. Chris recently (2004) was a feature on Vernon Downs' nightly in-house simulcast handicapping show and returned as the temporary Track Handicapper with the re-opening of VERNON DOWNS in August 2006

Anthony (Tony L.) Lasinski:

Co-founder of the GREY STABLE. Anthony is a long-time harness racing enthusiast, owner, handicapper, memorabilia collector. He has been featured in handicapping articles in Times: In Harness and in Hoofbeats. An avid handicapper, his weekend Meadowlands Analysis and Vernon Downs Analysis appeared on the backstretchnews.com site and has been a popular item on our website since its inception.
He just concluded his 1st season as "Guest" Handicapper for VERNON DOWNS giving his insight and analysis nightly for the 2006 season.

His Meadowlands Saturday Analysis was a weekly feature on the Odds On Racing website. He recently owned a part of WESTERN MONSOON in partnership with Larry Baron and VIP Stable and has owned a couple of horses in partnership with Stake Your Claim Stable and as well with other partners. Tony manages Grey Stable duties from the home office in Syracuse, NY. where he has been employed for Group Health Incorporated (GHI) for over 17 years. An avid collector of Harness Racing memorabilia, he has an extensive collection of rare programs including many early NY State Fair Grand Circuit programs from the early 1900's on.
